Tulpfestival 2021
Garden designer Saskia Albrecht started this festival. At 40 locations in the city of Amsterdam during the month of April you can admire this display of colors. Over 850000 bulbs were planted to have ‘a tulip for every citizen’
Tuliptime in the Netherlands.
Every year in the spring you can admire the flower fields. It starts with crocuses, then hyacinths and daffodils and then tulips. It’s nice to rent a bicycle and explore the area around Lisse.
Apple blossom in the Betuwe. This area, an hour’s drive from Amsterdam is a great destination during the month of May. Rent a bicycle or go for a drive along the Linge river.
Tulpfestival 2023.
The tulipfestival, an idea by Saskia Albrechts to have a tulip for every citizen of Amsterdam, will start March 31st. During the month of April you will find tulips all around Amsterdam🌷
