Weesp is an old fortress just outside Amsterdam, situated on the river Vecht. It has a lot of historic buildings and some windmills. Since April 1 st 2022 it is officially part of Amsterdam. They have their own brewery, Wispe, and are famous for their jenever called Anker(Anchor) and Weesper moppen(cookies). Have you visited Weesp?
